After watching the video above, see what happens if
you think Victor should change.
Victor should not change. VICTOR: I will change nothing. Victor Pushkin's a real man. Just like his father. In this I am sure. My father does not cook. My father does not clean. My father does not do dishes. Neither do I. He storms out. THREE MONTHS LATER Victor, WHISTLING, walks toward home. Victor stops. All of his stuff is piled up outside his apartment door. Puzzled, he puts his key in the door and turns. A REAL MAN does the dishes. Karina comes over, looking well rested and carefree, and gives him a kiss. Victor stands in the doorway and looks on in horror. He's been replaced! VICTOR: What is this? Victor's stuff? Karina, who is this man? KARINA: This is a real man who helps make dinner and helps me do the dishes. VICTOR: But...Karina...why...? KARINA: Why? The Real Man joins her at the door and puts his arm around her. KARINA (CONTINUED): Because he shares the work with me. And that makes me feel special and appreciated and loved. VICTOR: But...but... The Real Man walks to the front door, looks Victor in the eye, and closes it. Victor stands outside with his stuff, alone. WIZARD: Boy, that was quick. (LAUGHS) Karina got so tired that she found a man that cooks and cleans. Poor Victor. Wait. Let's see what happens when Victor makes a change.
